I JUST WANT TO HAVE THIS DOCUMENTED, I DONT WANT ANYONE TO KNOW" I EXPLAINED TO MS. BORGESE THAT MR. VANORSDALE MAY HAVE COMMITED A CYBERSTALKING IF HE HAS CAUSED YOU EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, MS. BORGESE RE-ITERATED THAT SHE DOES NOT WANT TO HAVE ANYONE ARRESTED BUT JUST WANTED THE INCIDENT DOCUMENTED. I HAD MS. BORGESE SEND ME ALL OF THE TEXT MESSAGES SHE RECEIVED AND COPY OF A VOICE MESSAGE HE LEFT HER. THE TEXTS AND VOICE MESSAGE ARE SAVED UNDER THIS CASE. MS. BORGESE SIGNED A DECLINE TO PROSECUTE AND THE AFFIDAVIT IS ALSO FILED WITH THIS CASE. AT 1400 HRS I CONTACTED THE GENERAL MANAGER MR. MICHAEL TERRITO. MR. TERRITO STATED "I AM AWARE THAT TWO OF MY EMPLOYEE'S HAVE BEEN TEXTING EACH OTHER. WHAT MS. BORGESE HAS STATED IS NOT EXACTLY ALL TRUE. MR. VANORSDALE WAS A LABORER WORKING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY THAT REMODELED THE CLUB, I HIRED HIM WHEN THE CLUB RE-OPENED. MS. BORGESE AND MR. VANORSDALE WERE FRIENDS SINCE LAST SUMMER.THEY OFTEN PICKED UP LUNCH FOR ONE ANOTHER. I READ ALL THE TEXTS THAT MS. BORGESE HAS SENT MR.
