Monday June 25th,1934.
The Special Council Committee, Board of Public Works of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board
Monday June 25th, 1934, at 9 . o 'clock A.M.All the members of said Board
Messrs, Crabb, Schnieder and Williams being present, the following pro-
ceedings were had, to-wit :
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were approved as read.
Pursuant to advertisement the Board received bids for equipment for use
of M.L.L.& P.P. of said City as follows, to-wit :
Item 1- One l2ton truck with dump body
Item 2- Allowance on one 1929 Model AA l ton truck Forddump body;
" W. E. McWhinney Company bid;
One new 1934 Ford truck 12 ton 8 cyl.motor $822.00
Allowance for 12 ton Ford M.AA,with' gravity body 202.00
