A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING
THE TRANSFER OF $4,260 FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED GENERAL FUND TO
THE PUBLIC RELATIONS DEPARTMENT - MARKETING DIVISION FOR THE
PURCHASE OF MARKETING MATERIAL FOR THE GREATER LYNWOOD
CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND BATEMAN HALL
WHEREAS, as a part of the City Healthy Cities Initiative the City, in conjunction
with the Century Sheriff's Station and Greater Lynwood Chamber of Commerce hosted
a 5k/10k Run -Walk in June of 2013; and
WHEREAS, fifty percent of the proceeds from this event were earmarked to
purchase marketing material for the Greater Lynwood Chamber of Commerce and
marketing banners for Bateman Hall; and
WHEREAS, the proceeds in the amount of $4,260 be moved from the Un-
Appropriated General Fund to the Public Relations Department — Marketing Division for
the purchase of marketing material.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council approves this allocation and transfer.
Section 2. That the City Council approved the transfer for $4,260 from the Un-
Appropriated General Fund to the Public Relations Marketing Division from and to the
following accounts:

Section 3. That the City Clerk shall certify the passage and adoption of this
Resolution.
