BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IONA, IDAHO THAT: Section 1. Sections 10-1-1 through 10-1-19, inclusive, of the Subdivision Ordinance of the City of Iona, Idaho, as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, are hereby adopted. Section 2. The summary of the Subdivision ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit "B" is hereby approved -1- and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to publish such summary in lieu of publication of the ordinance in full. Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage, execution and publication in the manner provided by law.
