A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF KEY BISCAYNE, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING
DONATION OF ART WORK TO THE VILLAGE OF KEY
BISCAYNE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
RECOMMENDATION OF THE ART IN PUBLIC PLACES
BOARD OF THE VILLAGE; AND PROVIDING FOR
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Interamerican Consulting Group, Inc., has offered to donate photographic
works of art to the Village (the "Art Donation") which is described in Exhibit "A" which is attached
hereto; and
WHEREAS, the Art in Public Places Board (the "Board") of the Village and the Village's
Art in Public Places Program Consultant (the "Consultant") have recommended acceptance of the
Art Donation; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council finds that acceptance of the Art Donation is in the best
interest of the Village.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF KEY BISCAYNE, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Recitals Adopted. That each of the above stated recitals are hereby adopted
and confirmed.
Section 2. Donation Accepted. That the Village Manager is hereby authorized to
accept the Art Donation, on behalf of the Village, subject to approval of the Village Attorney as to
the form and legal sufficiency of the Art Donation transaction.
Section 3. Effective Date. That this resolution shall be effective immediately upon
adoption hereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of April, 2009.

(Art Donation)
Two 14" X 16" black and white photographs, a copy of which is attached hereto.
Entitled, as follows:
"Road to Key Biscayne"; and
"Fishing at Key Biscayne".
Value of the Donation, per information from donor as confirmed by the Consultant: Two photos
each at US $600.00; for a total value of US $1,200.00
