Location: REMOTE PARTICIPATION
Remote Participants : Chair Belinda Eyestone, Member Howard Hayes, Deputy Assessor
James Gallagher, Senior Department Assistant Sara Acheson
Call to Order : Ms . Eyestone called the meeting to order at 4 : 31 pm .
Declaration of a Quorum : A quorum was present. All members were participating remotely
and confirmed that they could hear each other .
Meeting Participation Statement: Mr. Gallagher read the following meeting participation
statement : This meeting will be conducted by remote participation pursuant to Chapter 20 of the
Acts of 2021 . No in-person meeting attendance will be permitted . If the Town is unable to live
broadcast this meeting, a record of the proceedings will be provided on the Town website as
soon as possible .
Mr. Gallagher was monitoring the public comment/question email address and confirmed that no
questions or comments had been received .
Regular Session .
• Report of the Deputy Assessor : Mr. Gallagher reported that FY22 Boat Excise Bills
were issued December 28 , 2021 . Reminders were issued to Charitable and Tax Exempt
properties to submit their 3ABC forms, and Businesses will be sent reminders by the end
of this week to submit their Form of Lists .
• Classified Land Applications (Chapter 61 , 61A, 6113) : None at this time .
• Review and approve Regular Session Meeting Minutes
November 23 , 2021 minutes ;
Ms . Eyestone made the motion to accept the Regular Session Meeting Minutes ,
Mr. Hayes seconds the motion.
Roll call vote : Eyestone- aye; Hayes- aye; approved unanimously .
- December 21 , 2021 minutes ;
Ms . Eyestone made the motion to accept the Regular Session Meeting Minutes .
Mr. Hayes seconds the motion.

• Matters Not Reasonably Anticipated by the Chair: None at this time .
• Next Meeting : The next Board of Assessors meeting will be February 1St or February 8th ,
Executive Session (To comply with or act under the authority of any general or special law or
federal grant-in-aid requirements : MGL Chap 59 Sec . 60 and MGL Chap . 214 Sec . 1B) : At
4 : 36pm Mr. Hayes moved to enter Executive Session for the reasons noted above, not to return
to regular session. Ms . Eyestone seconded the motion. Roll call vote : Eyestone — Ayes Hayes —
aye ; approved unanimously .
