AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF BIDS FOR
WALTER B. OVERHOLT, JR. MEMORIAL STADIUM
PHASE 1 IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is interested in soliciting bid proposals for the
Walter B. Overholt, Jr. Memorial Stadium Phase I Improvements Project; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to
prepare bid specifications and contract documents and to advertise for
receipt of bids based upon the same for the Walter B. Overholt, Jr.
Memorial Stadium Phase I Improvements Project.
2. That a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the Borough's
Purchasing Department, the Borough Director of Engineering and
CME Associates.
Adopted this 18t day of October, 2017
and certified as a true copy of the
original on October 19, 2017.
