61 Consodine Road, Map 66, Lot 5 in the RM zoning district. The applicants seek an
Appeal of the Building Commissioner' s determination in accordance with MGL Chapter
Senior Department 40A, Section 8 and 14, that a shed on the property transverses the property line .

district. The applicant seeks a Special Permit for a Special Event Venue use under
Brewster Zoning Bylaw, Article 20, Section 5, Table of use #16 . The Chatham Bars Inn
Farm is requesting 36 event permits to be held at the Farm for the 2022 season.
#22-04 Applicant: Sean and Ellen Darcy, (represented by Attorney David M. Banash),
61 Consodine Road, Map 66, Lot 5 in the RM zoning district. The applicant seeks a
special permit pursuant to section 179-2513 of the Brewster zoning bylaw or in the
alternative for a variance to demolish and remove the storage shed that currently exists
on the premises and construct a new storage shed .
