The City Council of the City of Iona, Idaho, hereby finds and declares that the territory described hereinbelow can be reasonably used for the orderly development of the City, that all of the owners thereof have requested and consented to annexation of the same and that the City is authorized to annex Such property pursuant to the provisions of Idaho Code Section 50-22.2. Section 2. The territory described in Exhibit A attached hereto is hereby annexed to the corporate boundaries of the City of Ions, Idaho. Section 3. This ordinance sha]l be effective upon its passage, execution and publication in the manlier provided by law.
