APPOTNTi'NG 3OHN PI'ECZYSKI' PERMANENT
CHI'EF OF POLI'CE TN THE BOROUGH OF
CARTERET
WHEREAS, the Governing Body of the Borough of Carteret has previously
appointed John Pieczyski to the position of Provisional Chief of Police; and
WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Personnel has advised the
Borough that, pursuant to provisions of N.J.A.C. 4A:4-2.7, Chief Pieczyski's
appointment will be made permanent with an effective date of December
27, 2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ]T RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the
Borough of Carteret that
3OHN PI'ECZYSKI'
is hereby appointed Permanent Chief of Police for the Borough of Carteret,
effective December 27, 2001.
Adopted this 20th day of December, 2001
and certified as a true copy of the
original on December 21, 2001.
