Public Announcements and Comment None . Review and Vote on Updated FY21-25 Capital Improvement Plan A few minor changes to the plan have been made since the last meeting . DPW drainage and road maintenance has been increased by $ 25 , 000 . 00 to be funded from free cash . The Brewster Ladies Library lighting improvement project was added to FY21 to be funded from utilities incentives and green community' s funds . An upgrade on one of the controls and pumps was added , also funded from utilities incentives and green community' s funds . This was the result of the energy audit provided to Town buildings . The Affordable Housing Trust will be funded from $ 250, 000 from General Stabilization and $ 150, 000 from Free Cash . This keeps the balance of Free Cash close to the Select Board ' s annual goal . The Elementary School has removed the new public address system at the Eddy School . This has already been upgraded . The Fire Department has removed a request for an electronic message board , as this has been funded from a prior appropriation , an insurance grant, and a donation from the Brewster Part Time Residents Association . The Water department , removed the $ 75 , 000 for land acquisition for FY21 , as there are no projects to fund it with . The Golf department has had some of their requests removed , as they are already funded from last fall ' s Town Meeting appropriations . Mr . Gorman moved to approve the updated FY21 - 25 Capital Improvement Plan , Mr . Lombardi second . Discuss Plan to Present CIP to Select Board and Finance Committee , including Spring 2021 Capital Requests The Capital Plan , a Free Cash history, and the request backup will be in the Select Board packet .
