THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS
ORDINANCE NO. :;"'O?
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE DESIGNATION OF
A THROUGH STREET AND FOR THE ERECTION OF STOP
SIGNS AT A CERTAIN INTERSECTION; SPECIFYING
SAID INTERSECTION AS A STOP INTERSECTION; AND
PROVIDING FOR PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION
THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE,
KANSAS:
Section 1.
Stop Sign Locations
When a stop sign is erected and maintained g1. V1.ng notice
thereof, drivers of vehicles shall stop at the following
intersection before entering the following street:
Oliver Street
When entering from willow Point Road
Section 2.
Penalty
The penalty for any person found guilty of failing to obey a
stop sign shall be provided in the Uniform Traffic Code as adopted
by the City of Bel Aire.
Section 3.
Effective Date
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its publication in the official city newspaper.
