"CONSTRUCTION CODES, UNIFORM" BY DELETING
CERTAIN FEES
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the Borough if Carteret ("the Borough") am
Amending 160-46 of the Code of the Borough of Carteret to include certain fees which
were heretofore included in Section 109-5; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council believe that the inclusion of said fees in Section
109-5 are no longer necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret that the following fees be deleted from the section:
1). Fence, residential R-3 and R-4 - $30.00"
2) "Fence, all other use groups ($20.00 x $1,000.00)
flat, minimum - $60.00"
3)."Shed, less than 100 square feet and/or 10 feet in height
$30.00"
BE, IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this Ordinance shall be effect upon the effective
date of the Ordinance amending Section 160-46 which includes fees deleted herein.
