REQUEST: Pursuant to Chapter 119 of the Florida Statutes, please provide: (1) Copies of all
applications submitted in connection with the variance requests and /or requests for special
exceptions (the "Requests "): (2) Copies of any communications sent by or received by the Town
of Gulf Stream by the party (or their agent) making such Request(s); (3) Copies of all transcripts
related to any hearings in connection with any Request: (4) Copies of the disposition of each such
Request at the Town of Gulf Stream; (5) Copies of any notices of appeals of any Request(s) as
aforesaid; (6) Copies of all pleadings in connection with any litigation in connection with such
Requests; and (7) Copies of any documents which represent the disposition of any litigation
resulting from such Requests The foregoing Request is made for the period January 1, 2012
through February 13, 2013.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING REQUEST:
THIS REQUEST IS MADE PURSUANT TO PUBLIC RECORDS ACT,
CHAPTER 119 OF THE FLORIDA STATUTES AND IS ALSO REQUESTED UNDER THE
COMMON LAW RIGHT TO KNOW, THE COMMON LAW RIGHT OF ACCESS; AND
ANY STATUTORY RIGHT TO KNOW (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY
STATUTORY RIGHT OF ACCESS, AS APPLICABLE). THIS REQUEST IS ALSO MADE
PURSUANT TO THE RIGHTS OF THE REQUESTOR PROVIDED IN THE FLORIDA
CONSTITUTION
IT IS REQUESTED THAT THIS RECORDS REQUEST BE FULFILLED IN ELECTRONIC
FORM. IF NOT AVAILABLE IN ELECTRONIC FORM, IT IS REQUESTED THAT THIS
RECORDS REQUEST BE FULFILLED ON 11 X 17 PAPER NOTE: IN ALL CASES (UNLESS
IMPOSSIBLE) THE COPIES SHOULD BE TWO SIDED AND SHOULD BE BILLED IN
ACCORDANCE WITH Section 119.07(4) (a) (2)
ALL ELECTRONIC COPIES ARE REQUESTED TO BE SENT BY E -MAIL DELIVERY.
PLEASE PROVIDE THE APPROXIMATE COSTS (IF ANY) TO FULFILL THIS PUBLIC
RECORDS REQUEST IN ADVANCE.
It will be required that the Requestor approve of any costs, asserted by the Agency (as defined in
Florida Statute, Chapter 119.01 (Definitions)), in advance of any costs imposed to the Requestor by
the Agency.

Any and all records related in any way to the payment of dues, membership fees, donations,
sponsorship, grants or other moneys paid to, or used in support of any organization, institution,
group, service organization, association, non-profit corporation, charity, entity of
governmentality or similar agency.

This letter is in response to the public records you have requested in your email received
November 12, 2013. This correspondence is reproduced at the following link: httD://www2.gulf-

This letter requests clarification of your request before determining whether to provide you with
an estimate of deposit for the extensive use of information technology resources or extensive
clerical or supervisory assistance as described in Fla. Star. § 119.07(4)(d). Please clarify what
time period you are requesting. This request for clarification is done as a courtesy to you to
ensure the Town is able to accurately and promptly provide you with either an estimate, if
necessary, or production of the public records you seek.
Please clarify the above request as indicated and the Town of Gulf Stream will proceed with
fulfilling your request, or providing you an estimate of the cost of production based on your
clarification.
