ORDINANCE NO. 53-2022
AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2022 BUDGET
WHEREAS, The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana adopted a budget for
calendar year 2022 on October 4th, 2021 (Ordinance 38-2021); and
WHEREAS, It has been determined it is now necessary to appropriate additional sums of money to
certain funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, that the following additional sums of money are hereby appropriated to the following funds:
1. Fund Name: 0199 ARP Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery
Other Contractual Services:
0199.9600.301.3990 $200,000.00
2. Fund Name: 4651 Midwest Industrial Park
Contractual Services:
4651.0700.301.3990 $616,298.00
TOTAL: $816,298.00
