WHEREAS,The Richmond Sanitary Board of Commissioners passed an annual budget for
calendar year 2023 on August 2,3rd,2022 and,
WHEREAS,funds for particular capital improvement projects that were included in the 2023 Budget
were not encumbered for 2022,
WHEREAS,these particular capital improvement projects will now be initiated in 2022,
WHEREAS, it has been determined it is now necessary to appropriate additional sums of money to
certain funds so they are available for use within the 2022 annual budget.
NOW THEREFORE,be it resolved by the Richmond Sanitary Board of Commissioners that the
additional appropriations are hereby approved for the funds as indicated:
1. Sewer Utility Fund 6201 $ 120,000.00

1
