City of Richmond, Indiana,
Monday May 7th,1934.The Special Council Committee,Board of Public Works of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board
Monday May 7th, 1934, at 9 o 'clock A. M. All the members of said Board
Messrs, Crabb, Schnieder and Williams being present, the following
proceedings were had, to-wit :
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.
Permission was granted the Spur Oil Co. , to cut the curbs at Lots 4+6
& 4+7 J. Idens, Addition, southeast corner of North 4+th & "D" Streets
being 5ft. on North "D" Street and 16 feet on North 1-th Streei,driveway
Permission was granted the Motor Distributing Corp. , to cut the curb
on east side of North 12th Street, near "E" Street at Block "A" .
Elizabeth Starr's Addition, for driveway.
The Board authorize the Municipal Electric Lighting & Power Plant to
furnish and install Hot Water heater, in city building for fire de-
partment bath room and janitor service.
The Street Commissioner was instructed to repair Charles Avenue;
also North 16th Street; place gravel on said streets.
Claims in amount of $6, 573.81 were allowed.
The Board then adjourned,
