AN ORDINANCE ALTERING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF
IONA, IDAHO, BY EXCLUDING A PARCEL OF LAND FROM THE
LIMITS OF SAID CITY; PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF
SECTION 50-225, I.C.; PARTICULARLY DESCRIBING SUCH
EXCLUDED PARCELS OF LAND; ORDERING THE CITY CLERK AND
CITY ENGINEER TO MAKE THE FILINGS REQUIRED BY SECTION
63-2215, I.C.; PROVIDING WHEN THE ORDINANCE SHALL
BECOME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
IONA, IDAHO.
Section 1. The following described lands are hereby
excluded from the City of Iona pursuant to the provisions of
Section 50-225, Idaho Code. Said lands are struateC in .,.3

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Iona, Idaho will be held in the Council
Chambers located in the Stanger Memorial Building, 3670 North
Main, Iona on Wednesday, March 16, 1988 at 8:00 pm for the
purpose of conducting a public hearing to consider a proposed de -
annexation to the City of Iona, Idaho, to -wit:

FOLLOWING SAID HEARING, any and all lawful zoning
regulations and restrictions, and district boundaries may be
established within and upon any or all of said lands. At said
hearing, all parties in interest and citizens of Iona shall have
an opportunity to be heard in relation to all matters pertaining
to said zoning.
THIS NOTICE IS GIVEN PURSUANT to Sections 67-6525, 67-6509,
and 50-225, Idaho Code.
