Office of Special Council Committee
City of Richmond, Indiana,
Monday April 2nd,1931.
The Special 'Council Committee, Board of Public Works of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board
•
Monday April 2nd, 1934, at 9 o 'clock A. I. All the members of said
Board, Messrs, Crabby Schnieder and Williams being present,' the fol-
lowing proceedings were had, to-wit:
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.
A petition signed by Pilgrim Sons, Inc. , et-al, was presented paaying
that the water main be extended in Northwest 5th Street, from North-
west "J" to Northwest "L" Street, same was referred to the. Richmond
Water Works Corporation, for investigation and report on same request-
ed for Friday 's meeting of the Board.
Information was received by the Board, that all projects of the City
being worked on under the C.W.A. labor was ended March 31st, 1934,
by the C.W.A. being absolved by the F.E.R.AG and all projects not
. finished under the C.W.A. for the City, the City would be compelled
to file for labor under the F.E.R.A, should they decide to finish or
work on these projects with. such labor.
The Board approved the various city payrolls to April 1, 1934.
