The Special Council Committee, Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, . Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board Monday March 19th, 1934, at. 9. o /clock A. M. All the. members of said Board, Messrs, Crabb, Schnieder and Williams being present, the fol- lowing proceedings were had, to-wit : The minutes of the preceeding meeting were approved as read. The Special Council Committee acting Board of Public Works in and fo . the City of Richmond, Indiana, approved and signed. an agreement by and between the Public Service- Company of Indiana, and the City of Richmond, Indiana, Whereby the said Public Service Company of Indian grants to said City a perpetual easment, to maintain cross-arms and cl wires of said cityon the poles of the pole line construction of sai Service Company, across the property of George W. Hill and Mary E. Hill his wife, located in Wayne County, Indiana, voltage not to exceed 4500 volts, said easment is granted to said City without payment by said City. (See Agreement ) The Clerk was directed to have Warranty Deed, conveying 5 acres more or less to the City of Richmond, Indiana, purchased by the City Plan Commission, from Jas. T Cronin, Helen Cronin, his wife and Felix Cronin, the same being a part of Section 5, Township 13, North Range 1, West, on west side of Whitewater River, the City Attorney having reported favorably on the abstract and deed for said property. Permission was granted Electrical Contractors to use the Council Chamber for their meeting to be held Tuesday evening March 20, 1934. Claims in amount of $90. -l-3 were allowed.
