The Special Council Committee, Board of Public Works Of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board •
Monday March 12th, 1934,, at 9 o ' clock A. I1. All the members of said
Board, Messrs, Crash, Schnieder and Williams being present,
the
fol-
lowing proceedings were had, to-wit :
The minutes of the preceeding meeting lel-e read and approved.
The Clerk was instructed to notify Street Commissioner, J . V. Schnel-

der, to take the C .W.A.laf,:orer ' row ...vorking on the boulevard west on west

l>Cank of river, and place them to work on street work no-z being done
under a C.W.A. project , preferably South HIV'" Street .
Complaint having been received of the crews of the PennsylvaniaRail-
road,
'blocking the North oth street crossing, causing a great:, � v c;G.t conges-
tion of traffic; The Clerk was instructed to notify the Super'inten--
. dent of said Railroad, requesting that the proper authorities noti--
. fy the train crews and switching crews, to stop continually blocking
the crossings, othl._ ..=Se the City will be compelled to take drastic

city
