The Special Council Committee, ' Board of Public Works of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Boar
Friday March 2nd, 193 --, at •9 o 'clock A.M.All the members of said Board
Messrs, Crab, Schnieder and Williams being present, the following
proceedings were had, to-wit ;
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.
In matter of the petition of Henry Beck, for permission to cut the
curb for driveway along the east side of lot 54, West Richmond, Ad-
dition, on west side of Northwest let Street between West Main and
Kinsey Street, received February 23rd and referred to the City Civil
Engineer for investigation and report, the City Engineer, reported
he had investigated the site and recommended said petition be •grant-
ed, on motion permission was granted to cut said curb and construct
driveway under the supervision of the City Civil Engineer.
The Board approved the various payrolls to March lst., 1934 and
allowed claims in amount of $86 . 26. •
