Office of Special Council Committee
City of Richmond, Indiana,
Monday February 26th, 1_93k.
The Special Council Committee, Board- of Puolic Works of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board
Monday February 26th, 19311-, at 9 o 'clock A. M. All the. members of
said Board Messrs; Cradb, Schnieder and Williams being present, the
following proceedings were had, to-tit : -
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.
Permission was granted Roland Cox, to cut the curb and construct a
i driveway at 212 South 22nd Street ,
A communication from Silk Spuegeon, Secy. , of Municipal League of
Indiana, inviting the Mayor and other executive officials including
Sup 't . , of Light Plant , to attend a meeting of various officials of
the State, to be held at Claypool Hotel, Indianapolis, Indiana, on
Wednesday February 2Bth, 1934, at 10 :30 A.1. to discuss and take
some concerted action on the question of taxing municipally owned
utilities, was received and placed on file, with instructions for
officials of this city to attend said meeting.
The Board received a copy of Financial Report of the Municipal Elec-
= trio Lighting 6, Power Plant of Richmond, Indiana, for the year 1933,
after viewing the same it was orderec placed on file.
Claims in amount of 4309 i e 23, were allowed.
The Board then adjourned,
