City of Richmond, Indiana,

The Special Council Committee, Board of Public Works of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Boar.
j Monday February 12th, 1934, at 9 o 'clock A. M. All the members of
1 said Board, Messrs, Crabb., Schnieder and Williams being present , the
following proceedings were had, to-wit :
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were approved as read.
The question as to the advisability, of the City of Richmond, Ind. ,
owning the Water Works plant andsystem, was brought to the atten-
1 tion of the Board and discussed at some length, the Clerk was- in-
' structed, to request the common council to appoint a committee, to
investigate as to what can be done and necessary procedure in an-
effort to acquire the Richmond Water Works Corporation ' s plant and
system for furnishing water to the city and its inhabitants.
i Claims in amount of 4918.04 were allowed. -
