The Special Council Commi ttee,Board of Public Works of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Boar
Friday February 2nd, 1934, at 9 o ° clock A.M. Messrs, Schnieder and
Williams present, Mr. Crabb betrlg absent. Two members of said Board.
being present , the following proceedings were had, to-wit :
The minutes of the proceeding meeting were a.bproved as read.
Standard Oil Co. , presented a plan of .making changes at their filling
station at corner of North 8th "E" St. & Ft .Wayne Ave . , and requesting
permission to cut the curbs and construct driveway curbs - as outlined
on said plan, permission was granted on said improvement, if recom-
mended by the City Civil Engineer after investigation.
Pursuant to advertisement the Board received bids for furnishing 1
Automobile Coupe, and 1-12 ton truck fully equipped with standard
factory tires . in front & standard factory dual wheels & tines in rea ,
rear & front wheels or rims to be interchangable, closed cab; truck
to be equipped with all standard factory equipment, and with 0-12
Wood Body and with G-1 Wood Hydraulic Hoist or its, equal, also what
allowance will be iiiadeen trade in price of twa old Model T . Fords
chassis, bids were received as follows, to-wit :

the various payrolls 'p to Feb. 1st, 1934,
No further business appearing the Board then adjourned;
