The Special Council Commmnttee,Board of Public Works of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Boar$
Monday January 15th, 19.3 -,. at-9 o 'clock A. M. All the members o saiJ
Board, Messrs, Orabb, Schnieder and Williamsbeing present , the fol-
lowing proceedings were had, to-wit :
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were approved as read.
Red Cross Association, were granted permission to use the council
chamber next Wednesday afternoon for meeting of the association.
Fish and Game Club, were. granted permission to use the council cham-
ber on Friday January 19th, 1934,at 7:30 P. M. for meeting of said
club.

Claims in amount of $8231.41, were allowed.
The Street Commissioner, was directed to construct sewer in the a.11e
east of South 9th Street, from South "L" Street to the alley between
Parry and South "M" Street; thence east in said alley to the alley
west .of South 13th Street, under the supervision of the City Civil
Engineer, with C.W.A.labor. The Board decide that Whereas, the said
sewers are to be constructed by the ,city furnishing all necessary
materials, without any cost to the property owners ; that if, and whe4
any 22 property owner desires to tap into said sewer or sewers, the
property owner shall pay to the City, the sum of $1000 for each and
every tap made.
