The Special Council Committee, Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board Monday January 8th, 1934, at .9 o 'clock A. M. All the members of the said Board, Messrs, Crabb, Schnieder and Williams, being present the following proceedings were had, to-wit : The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved. The Board ordered South 23rd Street resurfaced, from Main to South "E ' Street, under C. W. A. project. . i Pursuant to notice given, the Board received quotations on the follow- ing Sewer pipe and tile to-wit : 1200 feet more or less of 12" Vitrified D.S. Sewer Pipe. 200 feet more or less of 151' II 1I It • 200 feet more or less of 18t° II 'I II as follows: " Niewoehner-Long Corporation, bid; 12" Vit. D.S. Quotations on all Y's and T 's from all bidders are four times the price of one foot of pipe. . All bids submitted to the Civil Engineering Department, for tabulatio and recommendations. - . The Board approved the transfer of $50,000. 00 from Light Plant Depre- ciation Reserve Fund, to Light Plant General Fund; also the transfer of $45,000.00 from said depreciation reserve fund to the City of Richmond 's General Fund as a loan to the city.
