The Special Council Committeee,Board of Public Works of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Boar.
Tuesday January 2nd, 1934,. 'at 9 oclock A. M. All the members of sad.'
Board, Messrs, Crab'b, Schnieder and Williams being present, the fol-
lowing proceedings were had, to-wit :
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.
The Clerk was directed to write to the various dealers in the City
of Richmond, handling sewer tile and pipe, requesting them to bid
on cement field tile and vitrified double strength sewer pipe, for
use of city in park and constructing of sewer under the C.W.A. bids
to be opened Monday January 8th, 1934, according to specifications
of the city civil engineer.
The Board approved the various city payrolls to January 1st, 1934,
.Claims in amount of $7283.98, were approved as of date of December
30th, 1933.
