City of Richmond, Indiana,
. Friday December 22nd, 1933.
The Special Council Committee, Board of Public Works o.f the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board
Friday December 22nd, ..19.33, at 9 o 'clock A. M. All. the members of
said Board, Messrs, Crabb, Schnieder and Williams being present, the
following proceedings were had, to-wit :
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.
The Municipal Electric Lighting & Power Plant, having on hard some
structural steel not in use, in order to expedite improvements at
the plant, the Board directed the Supet. , to employ Thomas Turner &
Son, to make the necessary runways and steps in the Turbine room at
the plant, using as much of .said steel of the plants, as is possible
for making of said runways and steps.
The Board order a car load of approximately 85 brls. , of Asphalt of
State Highway Specification A-2, in drum lots, from the Standard Oil
Company, at bid price of 016.98 per ton.
Claims in amount of 0.0,448. 64 were allowed.
The Board then adjourned,
