City of Richmond, Indiana

The Special Council Committee, Board of Public Works of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Boarl
Friday December 8th,l933,at 9 o 'clock •A.M. All the members of said
Board, Messrs, Crabb, Schnieder and Williams being present , the fol-
lowing proceedings were had, to-wit :
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.
Mr. Frank Haner of The Geo. H. Knolienberg Company, appeared before
the Board, requesting that the contractors erecting new building at
Southeast -corner of South 8th & Main Streets, be instructed to set
back the fence in front of said building on the Main Street side, or
to at least widen the walk in said obstruction, the matter was re-
ferred to the Building Inspector, to investigate and make an- effort
to have contractor enlarge the walk.
Thomas Boyer, was granted permission to cut the curb for 10 foot
driveway on east side of South 14+th Street at Lot #50, A. H. Brown 's
Addition to the City of Richmond.
Chas. E. W. Wagner, was granted permission to cut the curb for 10 ft,
driveway at #724 South 15th Street.
The Street Commissioner, was authorized to purchase one dozen spot
signs, and to erect one of the same at west end of South "G" Street
bridge on south side of street.
Claims in amount of $7735.82, were allowed.
The Board then adjourned,
