.Friday November 17th, 1933,
The Special Council Committee_, acting Board of Public Works of the
City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of
said Board,Friday November 17th, 1933, at 9 o 'clock A. M. All the
members of said Board, Messrs, Crabb, Schnieder and Williams, being
present the following proceedings were had, to-wit :
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were approved as read.
The Board approved a primary assessment roll of benefits and damages
in matter of vacation of Northwest 1BE'! Street, (formerly Chestnut St. I
from Northwest 5th Street west to alley 1st west of said 5th Street,
as provided under Declaratory Resolution No, 2-I.8-1933, and set Decem
ber 1st, 1933 at 9 o 'clock A.M. as date and time of hearing of re-
monstrances, etc. ,
Upon recommendation of D. Co Hess, Sup 't. , of Municipal Electric
Lighting & Power Plant, the Board approve and sign contract with the
General Electric Company, for supplying said plant, with necessary
meters for the year ending December let, 1934.
The Board approve the various payrolls to November 16, 1933, and
allow claims in amount of $8, 895. 88.
The Board then adjourned,
