1 . The meeting was called to order by the chairman at 10 : 00 AM via
Zoom
2 . Minutes of the previous meeting were approved
I The committee agreed to add the house histories completed by Ellen
St . Sure to the BHC website .
4 . A presentation to the HDC is to be scheduled by the Chairman .
5 . The proposal for the Historic Preservation Award was forwarded to
Ned Chatelain , the selectman overseeing the BHC . George was to
follow- up on any decision from the Select Board .
6 . George was to follow up on placing the BHC vacancy on the Select
Board list
7 . The board agreed to seek input on the demolition delay law from
other parties in town hall
8 . The committee discussed the BHC plan to digitize the Ellen St .
George papers but will await the application being forwarded by the
CPC
9 . The committee continued to discuss the Historic Preservation award
10 . The next meeting was schedules for January 27 , 2022 at 10 : 00 AM
11 . There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at
10 : 46 AM
