AN ORDINANCE DESCRIBING THE LIMITS AND BOUNDARIES OF THE
MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF IONA, ANNEXING ANY OF THE
LANDS HEREIN DESCRIBED,NOT PREVIOUSLY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF
IONA, DESCRIBING SAID LANDS AND DECLARING THE SAME A PART OF THE
CITY OF IONA, BONNEVILLE COUNTY, IDAHO, AND DECLARING THAT THE
BOUNDARIES AND LANDS DESCRIBED ARE THE BOUNDARIES IN THE
CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF IONA, BONNEVILLE COUNTY, IDAHO.
WHEREAS, the lands hereinafter described are within the
limits and the boundaries of the municipal corporation of the
city of Iona, Bonneville County, Idaho, and should any portion
thereof not have been previously annexed, the same is contiguous
and adjacent to the City of Iona and subject to annexation under
and pursuant to the provisions of the Idaho Code; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Iona declared it to be
desirable to describe the boundaries of the municipal corporation
of the City of Iona and that any lands not previously annexed
described therein should be annexed to and become a part of the
City of Iona, Bonneville County, Idaho,
HOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of
the City of Iona, Bonneville County, Idaho, as follows:
Section 1. That the following described boundaries shall be

declared to be the boundaries in the corporate limits of the City
of Iona, a municipal corporation, Bonneville County, Idaho.
Section 2. That should any of the lands in the above
description of Section 1 of this ordinance not have been
previously annexed to the City of Iona, that the same shall be,
and hereby are, declared to be annexed to the City of Iona and
are declared to be a part of the City of Iona, a municipal
corporation, Bonneville County, Idaho.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from the date of its passage, approval and due publication
and the filing of a certified copy with the County Recorder of
Bonneville County, Idaho. as required by law.

Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from the date of its passage, approval and due publication
and the filing of a certified copy with the County Recorder of
Bonneville County, Idaho. as required by law.
