The Special Council Committee., Board of Public ';Forks of the 'City of
Richmond, Indiana,met in regular session at the office of said Board
Monday September llth, 1933, at 9 o 'clock A.M. All the members of said
Board, Messrs, Crabb, Schnieder and Williams, being present , the fol-
lowing proceedings were -had, to-wit :
The minutes of the -preceeding meeting were read and ap-broved.
The Street Commissioner, John V. Schnieder was granted permission
- to take his annual vacation beginning Saturday September 16th, - 1933 .
The Building Inspector was instructed to employ a carpenter, to re-
pair the ceiling at Market House.
Claims in amount of 17, 283.46, were allowed.
A claim or invoice in amount of 5 764. 37, of Hamilton-Hoch Ins. Co. ,
for Puolic Liability and Property Damage, on automobile insurance
- eliminating certain trailers and equipment , was referred to Messrs,
Hess and Schneider Sup ' t . , of Light Plant and Street Commissioner,
for investigation as the Board did not want such equipment elimin-
` from P . L . & P . D. insurance.
