The Special Council Committee, Board of Public VVorks of the City
of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of
said Board Friday August 25th. 1933, at 9 oclock A.ati. All the

The minutes of the proceeding meetings were read and approved.
The Board instructed the City Clerk to notify by letter the
City Council to meet in Board of forks Office on Friday evening
September let, 1933, at 7 oclock to go over the matter of
Golf Course etc..
