-—— -The Special Council Committee, Board of Public Works of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board
Ivionday August 14, 1933, at 9 olclock A. h, All the members of said Board
essrs, Craoo, Schnieder and Williams acing present , the following
proceedings were had, to-wit :
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.
Upon recommendatiox?af Sup ' t . , of Light Plant, the contract
for Three Automatic Weighing iiatchines for 1000 H .P . Boilers , was
awarded to the Richardson Scale Company, at price named in their bid
0, 445. 00, complete, submitted August 11th, 1933 .
The Board signed and approvedontract and agreement , with the Richard-
son Scale Company, for three'%eighing machines for 1000 E.P . 3oilers
to oe furnished the city light plant .
Claims in amount of 0S67. 11 were allowed.

The Special Council Coanittee , Board of Public Works of the City of
Rich.nona, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said
Board, Friday August 1Sth, 1933, at 9 aclock A. A. ifiessrs, Schnieder
& Williams acing present ; J.T. °Tao° absent ; two mec:noers of Board ac-
ing present , the following proceedings were had, to-wit :
The Board accepted Liability Insurance Policy, on Public Parks
ground, of the Indeminity Insurance Company of North America, for
the year ending August 12th, 1934, as written by the Peltz Insur-
ance Agency.
Claims in amount of c2317. 45 were allowed, and the Board approved
11 the various payrolls to August 16th, 1933 .
