City of Richmond, Indiana,
— -- Monday July_ 31 st, 1933-. - -The Special Council Committee, Board of Public Works of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board
idionday July 31st, 1933, at 9 o 'clock A.M. All the members of said Board,
Messrs, Craoa, Schnieder and Williams being present, the following
proceedings were had, to-wit :
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.
Upon recommendation of Sup 't . , Hess, the Board awarded the contract
11 for furniahing Instrument 6, Panel Board for 15, 000. ®Qrbine Generator;
also, Instruments and Panel Board for Evaporator Equipment, to the
"Brown Instrument Company, at and for the price named in their bids
under Items No 's. 1 & 2, received- July 21, 1933 , ($1601. 13 . )
Hite Board directed the Clerk to prepare a bill for an ordinance aP-
propriating the sum of 41;-, 000. 00 out of earnings of Light Plant, to
the account of cleaning out and dredging the river aoove Light Plant
iiam and for materials and labor for repairing said Damn
The Board dedicate the necessary ground along west side of Clear
Creek Park in conjunction t�u�l��: adjacent"^C::t propertyn;nmar

• sary ground for the proper turn-out at intersectia of east and west
streets, to make a 70 foot street, of West 13th Street, from Nation-
al Road to the Peacock Road, which road is to be paved by the Indiana
State Highway Commission, from National Road to Indiana Avenue.
