Friday July 21st, 93 .
The Special Council Coinmittee,Board of Public Works of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board
Friday July 21st, 1933, at 9 o 'clock A.1. All the members of said Board
Messrs, Orabh., Schnieder and Williams being present, the following
proceedings were had, to-wit : .
Minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.
Permission was granted to cut the curb at Lot 107, C. W.Starr 's Add. ,
on west side of North 8th Street between lain and North"A" Street
property _tf the John J . Harrington, estate.
deport from Puolic Service Commission, in matter of A.B. C.0oach Lines
for certificate of convenience & necessity o operate motor vehicles
over the puclic highways - from Muncie to Richmond,via Winchester Iind0
was received and placed on file.
A report was received from Richmond Water Works Corp. , stating the
revenues received from extension of lines in South 3rd Street, from
lN9 11P"to"Q," Street, of 448.00 from property & 457.00 from City, did not
justify the granting. of the petition for said extension; the report

Upon recommendation of Sup ' t. , D. C .Hess, contract was awarded to' the
Walter Bledsoe Co. , for 2 cars of coal per day for 30 days at price
of . 70 f. o. o. Mines from Autocrat mines,' and .800 from Mary Helen
Harlan mine.
Bids were received for equipment at M. E.L .& P .P . for the 12 different
Items advertised. for to-wit :

All bids were referred to Superintendent of Light Plant, for tabula
tion, investigation and recommendation.
Claims in amount of 43438. 72 .were allowed.
