The Special Council Committee, Board of Public Works of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board
Monday July 10th, 1933, at 9 ,o 'clock A.M.All the members of said Boars
Messrs, Crabb, Schnieder and Williams being present, the following
' proceedings were had, to-wit :
The- minutes of the preceeding meeting were approved as read.
Permission was granted Walter -Muye to construct cement curb under
.,li
private contract adjacent to Lots 4 & 5, A. M. King 's Addition, at
4515 Pearl Street, in place of driveway curb at vacated alley.
The Park Sup ' t. , was directed to have retainers made and installed
to protect the Amplifiers, used at Amphitheatre in Park.
- Claims in amount of $37, 5L0.38 were allowed.

The Special Council Committee, Board of, Public Works of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Boar
Friday July 14-th, 1933, at 9 o 'clock A.M. All the members of Board
Messrs, Crabb, Schnieder and Williams, being present, the following
proceedings were had, to-wits
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.
The City Attorney, made a vernal report on application to the 1?ederal
• Emergency Administration of Puolic Works, stating he had not made
said application, as these has not as yet been any head appointed
to make such applications to.
Claims in amount of ' 4873. 62 were allowed,
No further business appearing
