The The Special Council Committee, Board of Public Works of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Boar.
Friday July 7th, 1933, at 9 o 'clock A.M. All the members of osaid Boa d
Messrs, Craob, Schnieder and Williams, being present the following
proceedings were had, to-wit : • -
The minutes of the preceeding • meeting were approved, as read.
Henry D . Zutteraleister, was granted permission to construct under
private contract, cement sidewalk 6 ' wide in front of Lots 417 &1S
F. A. Coffins, Addition on east side of North 19th Street , work to
be done under the city 's specifications.
The City Attorney, together with •
The City Civil Engi neer, was directed to prepare application for loa
from the Federal Emergency Administration of Public Works, in an amount
to cover the -cost of constructing intercepting sewers and sewage trelt-
m e nt works. •
Me Board directed the clerk to advertise for bids for the following .
6quip<nent for use of the Municipal Electric Lighting & Power Plant
as follows, • to-wit :
Item #1- Instrument and Panel Board for 15000 K.W.'Turbine Generator.
" 2- Instrument and Panel Board for Evaporator Equipment.
" 3- 1-Automatic Float-Controlled Emergency- Spill Valve for low
pressure heater, complete.
," 4- 2-Automatic Float-Controlled Electric Alarm Switches for hj.,h
pressure heater & evaporator condenser, complete. I •
°0 5- 2=Automatic Float-Controlled Continuous . Drainers for High .
Pressure Heater: & Evaporator Condenser, complete.
" 6- 2-Automatic Float Controlled continuous drainers for evapo-
rator coils, complete.
" 7- High Pressure Auxiliary Header & 4..ea.ds, with Valves, fittin;,+s,
bolts, nuts and gaskets, complete:

and gaskets, complete. .

9- Atmospheric relief piping with fittings, bolts, nuts, ,askets, ,om.
'2 10- Low Pressure extraction line wit# fittings, bolts, nuts,gaskeus.
°-' 11- Miscellaneous Fabricated pipe bends, complete with flanges;
faced and drilled.
" 12- Miscellaneous Expansion Joints, complete with Flanges or re-
_ taining rings; faced and drilled.
Bids to be received 10 A.1 E. S. T. July 21, 1933. . •
Upon .the recommendation of Mr. Hess, the Board awarded the contract
for Automobile Fleet Insurance for the year ending July, 1st, 1934.

Claims in amount of $2713. 75 were- allowed.
