The Special Council committee., Board of Public Works of the City of
' Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Boar
Friday June 30th, 1933, at 9. o 'clock A.1, All the members of said
Board, Messrs, Crab-ram, Schnieder and Williams, being present, the fol-
. lowing proceedings were had, to-wit :
1The minutes of the preceeding were read and approved.
The Street Commissioner was authorized to repair and oil the driveway
at Uity Light Plant.
Upon recommendation of Mr. Hess, the Board instructed Jenkins Bros. ,
Insurance Agency, to renew their, policy for Workmen 's Compensation
for the Municipal Electric Lighting & Power Plant, for the year be-
ginning July 1st, 1933 and ending July 1st noon 1934.
;' The Board instructed the Bailey & Ferguson Insurance Co. , to renew
their policy for Workmen 's Compensation, for the Civil City for the
year beginning July 1st, 1933 and ending noon July 1st, 1934, both
the above companies on said insurance being as low as any bid on
and in order to keep verbal agreements made by the old board in 1931
that the above insurance should be alotted to the above companies
each year until noon July let, 1934.
` The Board take various bids on automobile fleet insurance under ad-
visement for investigation as to rates etc . , at meeting to be held
at Light Plant Office by the Board this P . M.
Permission was granted the Ministerial Association, to hold religous
services in Glen Miller Park, Sunday July 2nd, 1933, said services
not to begin earlier than 7:30 o ' clock P . 1.

Claims in amount of $7, 971. 24 were allowed.
The Board then adjourned,
