Friday June 234 ,1933.
The Special Council Committee:, Board of Public "Works of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session. at the office of eaid Boarc:
Friday June 23ra, 1933, at 9 o 'clock A. Y. All the members of said
Board, Messrs, Crabo, Schnieder and Williams being present , the fol-
lowing proceedings were gad, to-wit :

The minutes of the proceeding meeting were read and approved.

buplt . , of Light Plant was directed to have, the loud speakers
installed and connected at Roosevelt Field, in time for the perform-
ances to be had beginning Tuesday evening of next week.
Street Commissioner was authorized to purchase 30 ols. , of Emulsified
Asphalt, from W. L. Magaw, at contract prices submitted in :jlis bid
on same for season of 1933.
Uomplaints from Councilman Benn., in reference to sidewalk on South-
west 2nd Street; and fountain at 9th & Main Streets, Street Commis-
sioner reported the same attended to.
Complaint of Councilmen Shissler and Wilkins, in reference to railroad
crossing at North 13th Street , and crossing at Doran Bridge and C . &
O. Railroad, Railroad Companies have been notified.
Claims in amount of $8,407.08 were allowed, and the sum of $10, 454. 86
transferred 'from Light Plant General Fund to Depreciation Reserve.
Action on Insurance matters were postponed to Monday June 26, 1933 .
