Office of Special Council Committee
City of Richmond, Indiana,
Monday June 19th, 19J3.
The Special Council Committee, Board of Public Works of the City of
Richmond Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board
Monday June 19th, 1933, at . 9 o 'clock A.M. Messrs, Cra'bb and Williams
present; Mr. Schnieder absent, two members of said Board being pres-
ent, the following proceedings were had, to-wit :

The minutes of the preceeding meeting were approved as read.
his Honor, Windsor B. Harris, Mayor of Richmond, Indiana, announced
II the appointment of R. K. Shtveley, S.W.Hodgin, City Civil Engineer
together t^pith .himself. , as a committee together with acting Board of
Public Works, to lakeak,investigation in matter of constructing in-
tercepting sewers and treatment plant, for the said city, as ordered
by the common council at their meeting pf May 15th, 1933, stating
that as soon as he or the city attorney/could secure the information
as to Federal assistance under an act of Congress, he would call the
committee together for conference and make report to council on their
findings etc. , .

The Board directed the Clerk,- to write a letter Of condbletce to'JCoun-
i' oilman_;. and Board :.me_moer Wmr,::Ho`,Schnieder and fancily, expressing
the sincere sympathy of the Board in their bereavnlent , on the death
of his Grandson, Carl Crome, who was drowned near Abington, yesterday
• • afternoon.
Claims in amount of $1350.43, were allowed.
The Board then adjourned,
