Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the of f i ce not said Boar,
Monday June 12th, 1933, at 9 o 'clock A.M. All the members of said
. Board, Messrs, Crabb., Schnieder and Williams, oeing present the fol-
lowing proceedings were had, to-wit :
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.
A petition signed by 55 residents of Southwest 1st Street, requesting
that they , be granted relief from the dust of Whitewater. Boulevard
south of the National Road, was received, the Board stated the street
Would oe oiled within the next day or so.

- Mr. 3ussen, appeared before the Board, requesting that some action
be taken, to stop the Reliance Foundry . Co. , from dumping the debris
from their foundry, in the rear of his property at 802 North 8th
Street, the Street Commissioner was directed to notify Reliance Co. ,
to cease dumping on said property.
Claims in amount of $3919. 11, were allowed.
The Board then adjourned,

The Special Council Committee Board of Public Works of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the offic:x of said Boar
Friday June 16th, 1933, at 9 o 'clock A.M. Messrs, Oraob and Schnied-
er, present; ir. Williams absent, two members of said Board being
present, the following proceedings were had, to-wit :
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.
Permission was granted Mrs. H. H. Terrell, to cut the curb for drii•e-
way on north side of Laurel Street, at Lot #2-Brannon 's Sub-jiv. ,
The Board approved the various payrolls to date, and claims in
amount of 49, 086. 95 were allowed.
The Board then adjourned,
