The Special Council Committee, Board of Public Works of the City of
Richmond, Indiana,met in regular session at the office of _sa.id Board
Friday 'une 2nd, 1933, at. 9 o 'clock A. , M. All the members of Board
lessrs --Crab.b, Schnieder and Williams being present ; the following
proceedings were had, to-wit :
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were approved as read.
The Board granted permission to Theresa Mercurio, to cut the curb at
N.'W.corner of South 5th & "A" Street, 124 feet on South "A"_ Street
and 63 feet on South 5th Street .
The Board approved and signed contract with Earl J . Moore, .for all
refreshment privileges in Glen Miller Park, from June 1st 1933 to .
May 31st, 1934. (See contract ) . .
Mr. Elmer Kreimeier, appeard before the Board, requesting that the
City furnish electric current free to Wayne County Commissary, the
same was taken under advisement, for investigation with the City At-
torney, as to legality of city furnishing said current free.
The Board received bids for furnishing Coal to the various city build-
ings, et-al. as follows to-wit :
"Muff Grain & Coal Co. , bid;

75 tons more or less- 2-4 & 5 hose houses--- Ky. Nut & Slack-43. 7S. ton
