The Special Council Committee!, Board of Public Works of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board
Monday May 22nd, 1933, at 9 o °clock A.M. All the members of said Boar
Messrs, Orabb, Schnieder and Williams; being present, the following
proceedings were had, to-wit :

The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.
The Street Commissioner, was directed to investigate the complaint
of hole in sidewalk or street at South llti¢ & "B" Streets, and make
IIproper repairs to same-.
The Board upon recommendation of the Mayor, Board of Public Safety
and Board of Metropolitan Police Commissioners, direct the Swart. ,
of M.E.L.& P.P. to' purchase and install two pedestal trafficelioh:tt
signals at East Main and 12th Streets, and synchronize said- lights
with other traffic signals on Main Street. .
The Clerk reported no bids had been received for colcession privilt7
1� �• ges in Glen Miller Park advertised for oids, May 19th, 1933.

• Claims in amount of $3871. 52 were allowed.
