A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COMMISSION FOR THE T014N OF GULF STREAM, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR PRORA- TION OF ASSESSMENT COSTS FOR RECONSTRUCTION AND PAVING OF THAT PART OF POLO DRIVE LYING BETWEEN BANYAN AND OLD SCHOOL ROADS; ALSO THAT PART OF BANYAN ROAD EXTENDING A DISTANCE OF TWO HUNDRED FEET BOTH EAST AND WEST OF THE CENTERLINE OF SAID POLO DRIVE. WHEREAS, the Town Commission for the Town of Gulf Stream, Florida, did, on Februay 111 1972, adopt Reslution No. 1 -72 providing for the re- construction and paving of that part of Polo Drive lying between Ban- yan and Old School Roads and those portions of Banyan Road extending 200 feet both easterly and westerly from the centerline of Polo Drive; and WHEREAS, the Town Commission did determine that the entire cost of such street improvements shall be shared by the Town of Gulf Stream, Florida, and the following described properties in the Town of Gulf Stream, on a basis of the Town of Gulf Stream paying fifty (50) percent of the total cost thereof and the owners of the abutting properties, i- Sri dentified below, paying fifty (50) percent of said total cost, by spec- ial assessment; PROPERTY DESCRIPTION SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 46 South, RANGE 43 East: Plat Of 0 POLO COVE 0 LOT The East 66.76 ft of 8 113.06 11 9 Plat No. 1 POLO FIELDS BLOCK LOT " 11 1 The West 23.01 11 3 " if 1 158.87 4 2 " of 18.95 " 1 " 2 130.00 5 " 2 100.00 6 " 2 100.00 7 " 2 148.19 8 " 3 The East 167.50 5 " 3 160.00 6 " " 3 155.00 7 WHEREAS, the Town Commission did provide, following legal advertise- ment to all concerned, for a public hearing to be held in the Town Hall in Gulf Stream, Florida, at 9:00 o'clock A.M., E.S.T., on the 21st day of March, 1972, for the purpose of hearing objections, if any, on said pro- posed improvements set forth hereinabove, and determined basis for shar- ing the total cost thereof, as outlined herein, and NO objections being received to such cost sharing program at said "Public Hearing ": NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COMMISSION for the Town of Gulf Stream, Florida, that the individual special assessments against the benefitted properties, as shown on the "ASSESSMENT ROLL" attached here- to and forming a part hereof, shall be and remain liens thereon until paid. Payment of said assessments shall be made at the Town Hall in Gulf Stream, Florida, within three (3) months from the date of the special assessments upon said lots or parcels of land as shown on the attached assessment roll. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Town Commission shall sit in the Town Hall in Gulf Stream, Florida, at 9:00 o'clock A.M., on the 9th day of Febru- ary, 1973, for the purpose of hearing objections, if any, to said assess- ment roll. cont.
