The Wellsburg Town Council met in regu�r session
on November 5,
1973, with Mayor Eckhoff presiding and all councilmen present.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved on a motion by
Huisman, seconded by Fairbanks. Carried.
Huisman moved, Heinrich seconded allowance of the

The treasurer's report was accepted as read on a motion by Fairbanks,
seconded by Van Deest. Carried.
Ordinance #1005 was introduced by Councilman Van Deest, 2d by Huisman.
Thereupon Mayor Eckhoff instructed the clerk to read
the Ordinance in full
After said reading there followed a discussion concerning provisions of
the Ordinance. Councilman Hippen then moved the 2d and 3d readings of the
Ordinance be waived. Move seconded by Heinrich.
Roll call of votes --Ayes: Hippen, Van Deest,
Huisman, Fairbanks,
and Heinrich Nays: None Absent: None
The Mayor thereupon declared the Ordinance adopted and directed the clerk
to publish the same according to law.
Ordinance #`1006 was introduced by Councilman Fairbanks, 2d by Heinrich.
