City of Richmond, Indiana,
Monday March 27th,1_-33.--The Special Council Gornmittee, Board of Public Works of the• City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Boar.
Monday March 27th, 1933, . at 9 o 'clock A. M. Messrs, Schnieder and
' Williams being present; Mr. Crabb absent; two .members of said Board
being present, the following proceedings were had, to-wit :
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were ' approved as read.
Olaims in amount of - 26,468. 50 were allowed, no further. business
appearing,
The Board then adjourned,

The Special Council Committee, Board of Public Works of the City of
- Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board
Friday March 31st, 1133, at 9 o 'clock A.M. Messrs, Schnieder and
. Williams oeing present; Mr. Craob absent; two merioers of said' Board
being present, the following proceedings were had, to-wit : , -
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were approved as read.

The Board received a communication from L. W. Mow, Secy. F. A.A. in
matter of' drawing up a schedule for use of soft. pall diamonds for
said association, which was taken under advisement . •
D. C. Hess, Sup ' t. , of Light Plant , presented various prices submit-
ted from Coal operators, for coal to be furnished light plant for
the year ending April 1, 1934-, which was taken under advisement.
The Clerk was directed to advertise for bids for furnishing the City
with bituminous materials, stone and gravel aggregates for the year
for use on city streets, • under specifications of State Highway Com-
mission of Indiana. •
Claims in amount of $6306.94 were allowed.
