. Monday March 6th, 1933•
The Special Council Committee, Board of Public Works of the City
of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of Board
on Monday March 6th, 1933, . at 9 o 'clock A. M. Messrs, Schnieder and
Williams present ; Mr. Crabb absent. Two members of said Board being
present , the following proceedings were had, to-wit :
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were approved as read.
. There being no business before the board,
The Board then 11 adjourned,

Friday March 10th, 1933 .
The Special Council Committee, Board of Public Works of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said board
on Friday March 10th, 1933, at 9 o 'clock A. m. Messrs. Schnieder
and Williams present; Mr. Crabo, aosent . Two members of said Board
being present, the following proceedings were had, to-wit :
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.
Permission was granted E. A. Mariani Co. inc . , to construct butter-
fly curb at their place of business at South 2nd & "B" Street , with-
out any cost to the City.
Wm. Johnson, was granted permission to garden the ground west of
Clear Creek and north of Main Street in Clear Creek Park, with the
understanding he keep the grounds free from weeds and noxious growths,
Montgomery Ward & Co. , requested permission from the Board to stretch
a sign across South 9th Street from their place of business even
with the second floor of. their building to the oppositOf the street
• This being against the city ordinances, the Board has no jurisdict-
ion in the matter, and Building Inspector instructed to so inform
said Company.
The Board then adjourned,
